Due to my contract being so long it has around 25 points to it I will note the main ones here and if you want me to e-mail you the entire contract I can.
Puppy will be guaranteed to be in good health, will be seen by my vet at least 3 times prior to leaving my home.
If your puppy is found to be ill or in poor condition within 3 days of leaving my home I will allow the return of said puppy.
Any genetic disorder or defect that cause pup to be euthanized within the first 2 years life will be replaced at no charge with a new pup available from the very next litter. This includes, but not limited to, cardiomyapathy, hip & elbow dysphasia.
Seller does not guarantee against skin conditions such as acne, mange, allergies, etc.
Said puppy/dog must be kept indoors & not chained or tied out for any length of time. Appropriate food must be provided consistently. Fresh water must be provided at all times. Buyer must ensure that pup/dog receives proper and adequate nutrition to maintain appropriate and healthy body weight for the body size of said pup/dog.
Living conditions of pup/dog must be clean & supervised.
Said puppy/dog is not to be sold, given away or turned over to a rescue or shelter of any kind. Said puppy/dog is to be returned & will be re-homed or place the dog/puppy as we see fit. Any money collected will then be refunded to Original Buyer (minus any expenses incurred while in our care). If pup/dog is placed free of charge, no money will be refunded to Original Buyer.
OUT OF STATE BUYERS- I understand shipping is an issue, especially to an older pup/dog. If you can not keep pup/dog for any reason, and have found a suitable home for said pup/dog. Call me first before placing pup/dog. ( I expect this to be a lifetime commitment, please think all things through before purchasing pup)
The full sale price (inc shipping/travel fees) must be paid before shipping date. If Buyer is picking up pup/dog, Buyer may bring final payment with them. Puppy/dog WILL NOT be turned over until full payment is rendered.
All travel expenses are the sole responsibility of the Buyer & paid prior to shipping date to parents of puppies flying out of state/country. We will arrange travel plans for you, ( if flying) from Paducah, PAH airport our of Paducah KY. ( Buyer may make flight arrangements themselves, it is just usually easier for us to do it for you, since it is generally cheaper to pre-pay.
The Buyer may purchase a puppy from me either under co-ownership with restrictions, or without breeding rights for a lower cost to pet home only under spay/neuter contract.
Puppies sold to Show homes may or may not go on co-own. It is my personal choice based upon the home and the confirmation of the puppy.
I will travel up to 300 miles from my home to meet new parents for a fee of $50 per 100 Miles one way. I will pay my gas to get home. Will drive the 1st hour free!
Deposits placed on a puppy are NOT refundable.
I have the right to refuse any home I think may not be fit for one of my puppies. This dose not mean you are a bad home but just that my person choice is to find a different home for that puppy as each puppies personality is different.
